This
is the most vital tool of ISSGP in our working with a school to achieve its

know your state of health. As such, School Anatomy Check is geared at giving you
a clear picture of the present state of every school; with recommendations for
improvements. The anatomy check looks into the state of your school structure,
Staff Competence, Student reach, Parent Touch and all areas of the school in
line with your vision/mission. This check will open you to the kind of training
that your staff will need, the services that the students or parents require
towards your population growth; and it will help you to see how close you are
to achieving your vision/mission.
Trainings
For
us at sure success, we believe that talent is not enough, and learning never
ends until life ends. Thus for every school to be able to achieve its vision /mission,
it is important to impact its work force via upgrading trainings. We train
school staff such as Admin, Teachers, Matrons/Patrons, Cleaners, Security
officers and all working in the school environment.

In this jet age, reaching
pupils/students is quite different from what it used to be; thus we believe
that giving the children talks from time to time on various contemporary

Performance Clinic (APC): This Seminar addresses various
issues which affect pupil/student academics with topics such as: The Fly Mentality, The Real You and
the Dream You, Distinctions without Distractions, You Deserve to Excel, Be the
Best, A B C of Academic Success, Your Choice and Your Future, 360 degrees
student, Failure: not an option, Maximizing Distractions, Mind your Subjects
just to mention a few.
Ready
for life summit (RFL): Many teenagers graduate after
secondary school with so much excitement coming from the assumption that they
are now adults and they will enjoy a life of ‘freedom’; little do they know
that there is more to the next stage of life than it looks. RFL is that special program that we put
together for the graduating class of high schools and six forms meant to better
equip them for the unexpected switch that life will bring. With related topics
like: Academic Performance Boost, Career discovery, Financial Intelligence,
Maximizing Relationships, Leadership Training Programme. The outgoing students
will know more about life and what to expect after secondary school and as they
posses what it takes to be truly ready and adequately prepared for life after
school.
High
School Here I Come is a special seminar put together for primary
5 or 6 pupils moving to secondary school, or orientation for jss 1 student in
the secondary school. This will help them to adjust to the secondary school
life.
Leadership
Training Programme (LTP): To
save the national leadership of tomorrow today is to adequately introduce true
leadership to the Nigerian youth right from the cradle with the primary level
project of the Prerequisite Leadership
Course, Secondary level of the Intermediate
Leadership Course. This is open to the whole school and a special session
for school prefects.
Career
Guide Workshop (CGW): Most
students are confused when they get to the stage of making career decision; they
tend to rely on other people to make the decision for them. The career guide
workshop is designed to expose the students to more practical approach of
making career choices as they understand who they are, how they are wired,
academic best and the career line for them.
Please not that all
these programs are highly interactive, illustrative and interesting for the
various levels; via the use of slides, movies and practical activities
specifically meant for impartation.

transforming and progressive platform. GDF may not directly provide a job for
any one, but has the responsibility of making you employable and enterprising
in six months of becoming a part of this FORCE in a manner that can’t be
resisted or refused. In other to bring about our desired outcome, we recommend
